Actually, according to freetranslation.com:

Type in "schmuck," click "German to English," click "free translation," and "schmuck" means jewelry. Odd...I thought most Yiddish had its basis in German...this certainly would be the exception.

Yes, I've been to Germany, and it means jewelry. Now I always thought in Yiddish it was a term for penis. Maybe the link to the Yiddish had to do with what's below that, in other words, the jewels.
