really, lewch? that's not my experience of her at all. she's able to navigate that terrain, yes. but while doing that, she's still able to accomplish many issues that plague this country. I love that.

drug monkey, she did, as did a lot of the democrats originally. I don't like it. I'm not happy about it, but for me, I want the lesser of all the evils and she is that in my opinion.

ps: dm, I also want to vote for a candidate that will make it into office. I'm not sure she'll actually run and if she does, I don't know that she'll make it. we need a democrat in office!

I hate how the pundits are saying it's a two-person race. It's a little early for that. For those who wish a Dem to win, let's remember that governors are much more successful than senators. Kennedy was the last incumbent senator to win. Every president since 1976 except Bush I first got elected as a sitting or former governor. The one I'm most intrigued with is Bill Richardson, who announced today. I need to learn more about his positions, but resume-wise: 1/he's a governor 2/he's from the part of the country where there is a tide in the Democrats' favor 3/he's Hispanic 4/he has foreign policy cred as former UN ambassador and conduit with the North Koreans
